Lithuania has selected Katarsis to represent the nation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. They won Eurovizija.LT 2025 with their song “Tavo akys” (Your Eyes).
The final took place at the Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas, hosted by Gabrielė Martirosian, Nombeko Augustė Khotseng, and Rimvydas Černiauskas. The show featured guest performances from Silvester Belt, Rokas Yan, Monika Liu, and Vaidas Baumila, in addition to the competing acts.
The results of the final were determined by a 50/50 split between a professional jury and public televote. The top three acts advanced to the superfinal. The results of the first round were:

- Liepa – “Ar mylėtum“ (Would you love me) Advanced
- Gebrasy – “Whole” =11th
- Amoralu – “Freedom” 5th
- Anyanya – “Running Out of Time” 7th
- Justė Baradulinaitė – “Tired” 10th
- Katarsis – “Tavo akys” (Your eyes) Advanced
- Petunija – “Į saldumą” (To sweetness) 8th
- Sophie Ali – “The Bluest Bell” 9th
- Lion Ceccah – “Drobė” (Canvas) Advanced
- Black Biceps – “Visaip man reik” (I need it anyway) 4th
In the superfinal, only public voting was used. The results were:

- Liepa – “Ar mylėtum“ (Would you love me)
Katarsis will perform in the first half of the second semi-final on May 15th.
Last year’s Lithuanian representative, Silvester Belt, competed with “Luktelk” and finished 14th in the Grand Final, receiving 8 points from the public votes in the United Kingdom and Latvia.
