Junior Eurovision 2023: Everything you need to know

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will be the 21st edition of the annual international song competition for young performers. It will be held on 26 November 2023 in the Palais Nikaïa in Nice, France, following the country’s victory in the 2022 contest with the song “Oh maman!” by Lissandro. The competition will be organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and the French public broadcaster France Télévisions.

Theme

The theme of the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is “Heroes”. The EBU explained: “Some serious topics like the environmental theme were very present in many songs of the last contest, and children are the true heroes of tomorrow, and they are the ones who have the solutions.”
