In a highly anticipated announcement, Suspilne Movlennya, Ukraine public broadcaster, has unveiled the ten finalists who will compete for the chance to represent the country at Eurovision 2024. The diverse selection of artists and their unique entries promise an exciting showcase of Ukraine’s musical prowess on the international stage.

Dmytro Shurov, popularly known as Pianoбой and the musical producer of the National Selection, shared his insights into the challenging yet exhilarating process of selecting the finalists. “This lineup objectively comprises some of the strongest artists from the National Selection, each bringing chart-topping songs that are ready to represent Ukraine on the global stage,” he remarked.
In a unique twist, an eleventh participant will be determined through online voting on the mobile app “Дія” (Dіya). This reflects a commitment to engaging the audience in the selection process and giving fans a say in shaping Ukraine’s Eurovision journey. The complete list of finalists is expected to be disclosed by December 29.
The journey to Eurovision 2024 will offer fans a preview of the finalists’ songs in January, building excitement and anticipation for the final event in February. The online voting process will further involve the Ukrainian audience in selecting the celebrity jury for the National Selection final.
The grand finale of the National Selection is set to take place in February 2024 in a televised concert format. The winner, chosen through a combination of jury and viewer votes, will go on to represent Ukraine at the 68th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, Sweden, in May 2024.
